Nobu Supperclub

This project reimagines the professional kitchen as an immersive Nobu-inspired supper club, where culinary performance, ritual, and sensory experience come together in one journey. A closed back-of-house kitchen ensures efficiency, while the main bar becomes the stage, where chefs complete final touches, grill, and showcase Japanese knife techniques in front of guests. This transforms food preparation into a live, engaging performance. The experience begins at the entrance, where guests remove their shoes and leave their belongings, reflecting the rituals of entering a traditional Japanese home and creating a sense of intimacy, respect, and warmth aligned with Nobu’s philosophy. The space is organized into connected zones. A tea pairing area offers calmness, while the low seating lounge creates a more intimate setting inspired by traditional Japanese dining. Within this lounge, a six-senses experience is integrated through six surrounding shelves, each engaging a different senses. Interactive elements like the mochi-making station allow guests to actively participate, reinforcing food as a shared cultural experience. The space is defined by a dark palette, with deep stone flooring contrasted by illuminated bar and island surfaces. This contrast creates atmosphere and guides movement, allowing guests to experience different moments within the space.
